Job Description
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Support Engineer to support, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation, production support, and incident management.
Responsibilities
Monitor and support applications, infrastructure, and production environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, deployment, and infrastructure issues.
Support CI/CD pipelines and automated build and deployment processes.
Work with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Assist with cloud infrastructure and configuration management.
Automate routine operational tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Monitor system performance, logs, alerts, and application availability.
Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and security teams.
Maintain operational documentation and follow established change management procedures.
Required Skills
Experience in DevOps, production support, or infrastructure support.
Hands-on knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and troubleshooting.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with monitoring, logging, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting enterprise or financial services applications.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and production release support.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
