Responsibilities

  • Professional Technical Support: Provide creative problem-solving skills in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced vision inspection machines.
  • Customer Care Advocate: Build strong customer relationships and support business development.
  • Facilitate Technology Advancement: Gather customer feedback to improve existing technologies and develop new products.

Key Qualifications

  • A recognized Diploma / Advance Diploma / Degree in Science & Engineering, preferably in Electrical & Electronics / Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Preferably with experience in servicing or using automated inspection equipment (SPI, AOI and AXI).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
  • Possesses own transport and is willing to travel extensively across the USA.
  • Positive attitude & flexibility to accommodate conference calls with Headquarter.
