We’re now looking for a Product Lead to help shape what comes next.

This is not a traditional product role focused solely on backlogs and process. We’re looking for someone who can bring clarity to complexity, inspire a high-performing team, and help turn customer and market needs into meaningful product outcomes.

You’ll lead and support a talented group of Product Owners across our portfolio, helping to align priorities, strengthen delivery, and evolve how we build products at scale. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Delivery, Commercial, and Customers to ensure our roadmap remains ambitious, achievable, and focused on delivering real value to transport operators and passengers alike.

You’ll play a key role in connecting strategy with execution-bringing together customer insight, business priorities, and technical capability to shape the future direction of our products.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll act as both a leader and an enabler for the Product Owner community within Vix.

That means supporting roadmap planning and product strategy, helping teams define and prioritise enhancements, and ensuring user stories are clear, valuable, and outcome-driven. You’ll collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities, translating those into product direction that supports both immediate needs and long-term growth.

You’ll help create alignment across multiple teams and initiatives, balancing commercial priorities with customer experience and technical realities. You’ll also contribute to the continued evolution of our product practices, helping the team mature and scale as we continue to grow globally.

Most importantly, you’ll foster an environment where Product Owners can do their best work-providing mentorship, guidance, challenge, and support where needed.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who understands how great products are built-not just technically, but collaboratively.

You’ll likely come from a product management or product leadership background within a technology-driven environment, with experience working closely alongside software engineering teams and customers. You know how to navigate competing priorities, facilitate productive conversations, and keep teams focused on delivering value.

You don’t need to have all the answers, but you do need to bring energy, curiosity, and the ability to bring people together around a shared vision.

We’d love to hear from people who:

• Have experience leading or mentoring Product Owners or product teams
• Are comfortable operating across strategy, delivery, and customer engagement
• Can confidently collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
• Understand agile product development and modern product practices
• Enjoy solving complex problems and turning ambiguity into direction
• Are passionate about continuous improvement, innovation, and customer outcomes

Experience within payments, transport, mobility, ticketing, SaaS, or connected technology environments would be highly valuable-but mindset and leadership matter just as much.
