Регулярный мониторинг и проверка работоспособности мультимедиа- и ВКС-оборудования в переговорных комнатах
Плановое техническое обслуживание: обновление и настройка ОС/ПО на платформах (NUC), актуализация авторизаций в сервисах
Оперативная замена, модернизация и демонтаж оборудования без прерывания текущих рабочих процессов и мероприятий
Аккуратный кабель-менеджмент, коммутация и подключение мультимедийных устройств
Комплексная подготовка ВКС-зон: установка, первичная настройка, переустановка ОС, приведение переговорных к единым корпоративным стандартам
Монтаж и интеграция мультимедийного оборудования в переговорных пространствах и конференц-залах
Техническое сопровождение плановых встреч и типовых мероприятий
Оперативная локализация и устранение инцидентов в работе оборудования переговорных и залов

Требования

Знание принципов построения аудио- и видеотрактов для корректного монтажа ВКС-систем
Понимание базовых принципов работы стека TCP/IP, а также профильных сетевых и мультимедиапротоколов
Практическое знакомство с парком оборудования ВКС ключевых вендоров (Logitech, Poly, Cisco и др.)
Понимание логики работы систем управления и конференц-связи (Crestron, Shure, Logitech)
Базовые знания в области LED-экранов и архитектуры видеопроцессоров Novastar
Опыт работы с таск-трекерами и сервис-десками (Jira / Service Desk / HelpDesk)
