  Location: Warsaw (Praga Północ) - hybrid model - 2 day per month in our Warsaw office, with the option to work remotely on other days

Your role in a nutshell

You know that feeling when you spot a new TikTok trend before it hits your feed… and immediately think “we could totally turn this into a campaign”?

VML is on the hunt for a  Content Creative (Mid-Level) with a passion for ideas, words and culture. We want someone who loves scrolling through the internet with purpose - catching trends, shaping concepts, and turning them into content that people actually stop for.

This isn’t just about writing. It’s about creating work that’s sharp, relevant, smart - and maybe even a bit jealous-making for other brands. You’ll be working in a tight creative crew, alongside designers, strategists and production magicians, crafting campaigns for names your grandma has heard of.

Your scope & impact:

• Dream up and write copy for social, digital and campaigns - words that feel alive, not just “posted”.
• Create native social content (yes, we mean Reels, TikToks, the lot) with a keen eye on what’s trending and why.
• Collaborate with other creatives to bring big ideas to life across all digital touchpoints.
• Take projects from the very first scribble to the final “client-approved” moment.
• Keep our content calendars organised and full of fresh ideas. Inject energy and insight into brainstorms and creative reviews.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role include: 

• Have 3+ years of making content that’s smart, social-first, and works online.
• Speak fluent Internet (and fluent English, too).
• Can turn a big idea into spot-on words for any channel.
• Ask “why” before you start writing - you like your creativity to be backed by strategy.
• Have a genuine love for culture, interior design and the creative industry.
• Pay attention to detail (and deadlines).
• Enjoy working with people who care as much as you do - and like to win a few awards along the way.

The gross salary for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. This range reflects our broader group’s compensation framework across diverse agencies and disciplines. For this specific role, our offer will be determined within this range based on our internal benchmark, reflecting the specific market conditions for our discipline. Poland Pay Range

6 333 zł—12 500 zł PLN
