About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Community/Account Manager to manage the social media communities of some key global brands in Morocco. The role combines account management, community engagement, content publishing, social listening, performance analysis, and proactive crisis management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the brands’ communities across social platforms, including always-on and real-time engagement, moderation, and customer care.
• Publish and manage social content, including asset uploading, tagging, and organic post setup, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Monitor brand sentiment, conversations and trends, identifying opportunities and potential issues.
• Analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support proactive crisis monitoring and management, including escalation of potential issues.
• Work closely with creative, content, strategy and account teams to ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence.

What we're looking for :

• 5+ years of experience in Community Management, Social Media or Content Management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, online communities, content trends and digital culture.
• Experience managing social media for major brands.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to real-time situations.
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic/Darija.
