The Product and Marketing Manager in Cybersecurity is responsible for shaping andexecuting the product strategy within Vodafone Portugal, in alignment with Vodafone Group teams and theProduct Operating Model. This role ensures that cybersecurity solutions are designed to meet marketdemands, comply with internal policies, and deliver value to customers.

The position involves leading cross-functional initiatives across market analysis, product definition, pricing, go-to-market planning, and campaignexecution. It plays a key role in ensuring that Vodafone’s cybersecurity offerings remain competitive, compliant,and aligned with customer expectations and business goals.

What you’ll do

Defines the product strategy and roadmap for cybersecurity solutions, coordinating with local and groupstakeholders;

Leads the analysis of market opportunities, development of business cases, and pricing strategies for newproducts;

Owns the definition of business and user experience requirements for product development andenhancement;

Ensures compliance with data protection and cybersecurity policies, in collaboration with privacy, legal,and technology teams;

Oversees the full product lifecycle, including documentation, training, performance monitoring, and end-of-life planning;

Designs and implements go-to-market strategies in collaboration with commercial and operational teams,ensuring alignment with product positioning and customer needs;

Plans and executes marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to drive awareness, adoption, andretention of cybersecurity solutions.

Who you are

University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;

Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements;

Proven experience in product management, marketing strategy, and go-to-market execution;

Ability to convert market insights into actionable product and campaign strategies;

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and supplier coordination skills;

Expertise in lifecycle management, pricing models, customer segmentation, and campaign planning;

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management or marketing, preferably in cybersecurity ortelecommunications;

Knowledge of GDPR, NIS2, and other cybersecurity compliance standards, and enterprise ITenvironments;

Advanced proficiency in data analysis, business case modeling, and marketing tools;

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities;

Fluency in English and Portuguese.
