Lead the Cyber Security/Prevent team in Logging & Monitoring, supporting security tools and driving platform optimization across Vodafone Group and local markets.
What you’ll do
- Oversee platform configuration, development, and optimization.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple squads.
- Work closely with Product owner to prioritise and maintain backlog.
- Evaluate and implement new design methods to reduce cyber risks.
- Provide technical expertise and decision making on strategies like Tooling cluster, patching & monitoring.
- Lead a team of Devsecops Engineers.
- Drive automation to improve maintainability and efficiency.
Who you are
- Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats);
- Python development;
- Kubernetes operations;
- Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible);
- Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure);
- BigQuery or similar cloud technology;
- Cyber security data analysis and mapping;
- Stakeholder engagement;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent communication and collaboration;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluency in English.
Additional Experience (Preferred)
- Platform operations in complex environments;
- CI/CD pipeline development;
- Site reliability engineering and operational monitoring;
- Cloud-native/open-source tools;
- Automation infrastructure (Git, CI/CD, container registry);
- Data-driven decision-making.
