What you’ll do
Technical / Professional Expertise
- BSc degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications/Software Engineering, (Master degree preferred)
- 4 years of experience on Optical Transport Networks(Operation and maintenance of transmission Systems) & Networking/SDN (Nokia DWDM, Huawei DWDM, other DWDM Vendor)
- Significant knowledge on transmission technologies(DWDM, Synchronization, Ethernet)
- Responsible for all Level 2 operations (acceptance, troubleshooting, configuration management, SLA/OLA management, solving the problem, deep dive analysis, ...etc. ) for corresponding products and services
- Good understanding of the key major vendor’s equipment Nokia & Huawei
- To lead the digitalization of Optical Transport network
- Knowledge of Software Defined Networking Technologies & SDN troubleshooting and analysis tools
- Systems programming, design, and development skills & Solid understanding of fundamental network protocols. Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C++, C#, Objective C, Python, or JavaScript
- Good knowledge of Routing protocols (OSPF, IS-IS, LDP, MPLS-TE, RSVP-TE, L2-VPN, L3 VPN, IPV6), - Cisco CCNA / CCNP certificates preferred
- Cisco CCNA / CCNP certificates preferred,
- To manage complex and compelling faults on our network DWDM/OTN and Ethernet principles Global platform, Multiservice/Reconfigurable Switching, Optical Switching, Transmission Network Management Systems (Nokia: NFM-T Huawei: NCE-T) and Legacy SDH Networks
- To manage vendor relation for troubleshooting and network health
- Good experience for fixed customer and also strong relationship with customer as negotiation by technical issues & producing the solution what customer needs
- To provide timely incidents management support, reacting within agreed customer SLAs/KPI’s
- Ability to work under tight time constraints and meet strict deadlines, without sacrificing any accuracy or detail
- To ensure that VF Turkey Access Network equipment’s works properly 7/24 and to perform integration new network systems.
- To be able to drive a quality car in accordance with safety rules.
- Flexible working times and can work shifts
- Self motivated and team player
- Military services completed for male candidates,
- Fluency within English (written and spoken) & Good communication and presentation skills in English.
