Voidweb is a staff augmentation and outsourcing agency focused on building modern, user-centered digital products for forward-thinking companies. We work with global organizations to create digital experiences that make complex tasks easier and we’re looking for a Product Designer to join our team.
We’re seeking someone who combines strong product thinking with thoughtful interaction and interface design. You’re curious about how people work, comfortable working through complex problems, and care about creating products that are intuitive, accessible, and well crafted.
You’ll join our product design team, working closely with our Lead Product Designer, product managers, researchers, and engineers to shape enterprise software used by organizations around the world. From exploring user needs and defining workflows to prototyping solutions and refining the final experience, you’ll contribute throughout the product development process.
What you’ll do
Design end-to-end product experiences, turning complex requirements into clear user journeys, intuitive workflows, and polished interfaces.
Work with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Explore and communicate solutions through user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed designs.
Use research, usability testing, and feedback to validate ideas and improve existing experiences.
Contribute to our design system by creating and refining reusable components, patterns, and guidelines.
Collaborate closely with engineers throughout implementation, clarifying interactions and reviewing the built experience.
Consider accessibility, responsive behavior, and edge cases as part of your everyday design work.
Participate in design reviews, explain your decisions, and give and receive constructive feedback.
Help the team balance longer-term product improvements with practical, incremental delivery.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of professional experience designing digital products as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role.
A portfolio that shows your approach to solving product problems, the reasoning behind your decisions, and the resulting experiences.
Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
Strong interface design skills, including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and consistency.
Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and interactive prototyping.
Experience developing, maintaining, or working with design systems, including managing and applying reusable components, patterns, and guidelines.
Familiarity with user research and usability testing, and the ability to translate findings into design improvements.
Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers from early exploration through delivery.
Experience using Jira and Confluence to track work, document design decisions, and collaborate across teams.
Clear communication skills and the ability to discuss design decisions with technical and non-technical colleagues.
The ability to take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with the wider team
Experience with enterprise software, B2B products, or complex, information-rich workflows would be a plus.
How you approach design
You ask questions before jumping into solutions. You think beyond individual screens and consider how an experience works as a whole. You’re comfortable exploring alternatives, sharing work in progress, and adapting your approach as you learn.
You care about the details while keeping the user’s task in focus. You can explain the tradeoffs behind a decision and work with your team to find a practical way forward.
