About our game
Taonga: the Island Farm is an immersive exploration and adventure game set on a colorful tropical archipelago.
What begins as a casual farming experience gradually evolves into a rich, multi-layered adventure. Players discover increasing depth through travel, story-driven quests, strategic battles, engaging mini-games, competitive events, and much more-transforming the game into a captivating midcore adventure with sophisticated mechanics.
Taonga was launched as a browser game in 2016 and became an immediate success, beloved by players worldwide. With communities across different platforms, we entertain, delight and help our players to enjoy Taonga to the fullest.
We are looking for an experienced and focused Lead Community Manager to strengthen our team and drive the growth of our game communities.
Responsibilities
Managing the community team and conducting regular performance reviews.
Driving community growth by identifying and implementing new opportunities.
Managing crisis situations within the team and player community.
Creating and coordinating engaging content, including announcements, activities, email newsletters, and game guides.
Evaluating the effectiveness of various player engagement formats.
Ensuring high-quality communication between the community team and players.
Maintaining and improving community management guidelines.
Preparing reports on player feedback and team performance.
Collaborating closely with support, QA, the art team, and game designers.
Monitoring industry trends and implementing best practices.
Our ideal candidate
2+ years of experience in community management within the gaming industry.
1+ year of experience mentoring or leading a team.
English proficiency at C1 (Advanced) level.
Ability to make well-reasoned decisions under pressure.
A passionate gamer with active engagement in gaming communities.
