The Vosyn internship is unique. Remuneration is equivalent to $32.00 CAD per hour payable in common shares of the Corporation at the then fair market value. For greater clarity, NO cash in-hand (in hourly rate or salary) will be paid to the Intern. Instead, Vosyn being an AI start-up, the upside is in potential future value of said shares based on the hours worked, billed and approved.

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Project Management Specialist Intern for a challenging experience-based internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Are you passionate about project management and looking to make your mark in the industry? Join our dynamic team as we push the boundaries and create a game changer in the world of AI. You will have the unique opportunity to participate in a fully immersive internship where you will contribute to the planning, execution, and governance of AI-driven projects. This is designed largely as a remote placement but can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto). In this engagement/applied learning internship, you’ll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management and contributing to transformative project management practices. It will be a demanding internship and will require you to bring the best version of yourself to the table, but for those who embrace this, it will be a richly rewarding experience as well as a great complement to your academic investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Support project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of AI-driven projects.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze project data and provide insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

About You:
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s in project management or business administration, or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.
- Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

Recruitment Process:

- Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
- Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit. The ability to video record your answers will be required.
- Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
- Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
