  • Develop and own integration pipelines between systems such as Apriso (Delmia), NetSuite, ForProject, Empower, and 3DX PLM.
  • Architect and implement API-based, event-driven, and batch integration patterns across cloud and on-premises manufacturing systems.
  • Build and maintain data flows that support production execution, material management, traceability, scheduling, and quality processes.
  • Partner with ERP, MES, and PLM implementation teams to design integration points, data contracts, and transformation logic ahead of go-live milestones.
  • Support multi-site rollout strategies by building reusable, configurable integration templates that can be replicated across facilities.

Manufacturing Data Workflows & Traceability

  • Build pipelines that enforce compliance checkpoints including pot life hard stops, e-signature requirements, and hold point validations.
  • Integrate with LIMS systems to support quality data capture, lab result ingestion, and traceability linkage to production records.
  • Support automated generation of regulatory document packages (travelers, WARPs, and production records) through structured data workflows.
  • Develop integrations with PLC/SCADA and automated traceability systems where applicable.

Data Pipeline Development & Architecture

  • Build and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines for operational, analytical, and compliance reporting workloads.
  • Architect data flows from source systems through transformation and serving layers with full lineage, observability, and auditability.
  • Implement data quality frameworks including validation rules, anomaly detection, and SLA monitoring across all pipeline stages.
  • Define data models, naming conventions, and integration standards in collaboration with the Enterprise Architect and platform teams.
  • Manage infrastructure-as-code for data integration resources using Terraform or CloudFormation.

Compliance & Regulatory Data Support

  • Ensure all data workflows and integration designs support applicable regulatory and quality standards including AS9100, DCMA, ATF, and ITAR/EAR.
  • Build audit-ready data trails and evidence packages that satisfy regulatory inspection and certification requirements.
  • Partner with compliance, cybersecurity, and quality teams to ensure data handling controls meet organizational and contractual obligations.
  • Enforce CUI data classification and handling requirements across all integrated systems and pipeline stages.
  • S. Person required, as defined under ITAR/EAR.

Cloud & Infrastructure

  • Administer and optimize cloud data services across Azure Government and AWS GovCloud supporting manufacturing data workloads.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying integration artifacts, data pipelines, and configuration changes across environments.
  • Write and maintain automation scripts in Python and/or PowerShell to support integration operations, data validation, and workflow automation.
  • Monitor integration health, data freshness, and pipeline performance; implement proactive alerting and self-healing mechanisms.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with operations, engineering, IT, and compliance stakeholders to translate manufacturing requirements into data integration solutions.
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation for all integration designs, data dictionaries, workflow diagrams, and compliance evidence.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional implementation working groups.
  • Serve as a technical resource and mentor for junior data engineers and integration analysts on the team.
