You'll own paid media campaigns across multiple clients and platforms - from strategy and setup through to optimisation and reporting.
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube - across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Make budgets work harder Efficient spend management, smart bidding strategies, and constant optimisation to maximise ROI and ROAS.
- Run A/B tests that actually change decisions Not testing for the sake of it - testing to learn and improve.
- Set up tracking that tells the real story Pixels, conversion events, GA4, Tag Manager - you don't rely on platform-reported numbers alone.
- Turn data into direction Analyse campaign performance and present clear, actionable recommendations - not just charts.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams Brief them on what's working, what the audience is responding to, and what needs to change.
- Build and present performance reports To internal stakeholders and directly to clients - clearly, confidently, and honestly.
- Stay ahead of the platforms Algorithm changes, new ad formats, AI-powered marketing tools - you're always watching.

YOUR TOOLKIT
Must have: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio. Preferred: LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO fundamentals, CRO principles. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a strong advantage.
- 3-6 years in performance marketing or paid media
- Proven experience managing significant monthly ad budgets across multiple platforms
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of lead generation, e-commerce, and performance marketing best practices
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field
