Обязанности:
  • формирование общего видения продукта и погружение в детали конкретного сценария: построение аналитики и генерация предложений;
  • помощь продуктовой команде: презентация концепций, подготовка бизнес-требований;
  • систематизация и совершенствование бизнес-процессов;
  • исследование рынка и оцифровка потребностей клиентов;
  • создание и выдвижение гипотез для улучшения клиентских путей;
  • проектирование и запуск новых бизнес-процессов;
  • взаимодействие с ИТ-командой в части постановки задач, составления планов реализации и ее контроля на этапах разработки.

Требования:

  • высшее техническое образование (будет преимуществом);
  • опыт работы в банковской сфере на аналогичной позиции от 1 года;
  • умение обрабатывать большие объемы данных, работать с продуктовыми и бизнес метриками;
  • знание и применение методов исследования рынка, в том числе: глубинных интервью, онлайн-опросов, юзабилити-тестирований, полевых наблюдений;
  • владение аналитическими инструментами (Visio, Business Studio, Miro), понимание основных нотаций описания бизнес-процессов;
  • наличие навыков работы с продуктами линейки Atlassian: Confluence, Jira.
