We are looking for aBIM Coordinator with themain responsibility ofpreparing and maintainingvarious data specifications for our suppliers within the BIM process. You will also support customer projects by ensuring that BIM requirements and data structures are implemented effectively.

The preferred location for this position is Vaasa, Finland, but Helsinki or Turkumay also be considered. We offer thepossibility of hybrid work.

As a BIM Coordinator,your work will include:

• Model and Data Management: Managing the creation, organisation, and maintenance of BIM models and data

• Standardisation: Ensuring adherence to BIM standards and protocols,developingand implementingBIM protocols

• Training: Educatingyour ownorganisationand external stakeholders in tasks related to the BIM process

• Problem Resolution: Identifyingand resolving issues related to model coordination

• Coordination: Overseeing the collaborative efforts of various project teams and disciplines

• Single Disciplinary Coordination: Ensuring that models from different disciplines (architecture, structure, mechanical, electrical, process) align correctly, identifyingand resolving clashes to avoid conflicts during construction

• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Coordinating betweenvarious disciplines to integrate their models seamlessly, promoting collaboration and reducing errors

• 3D Coordination & Design Review: UtilisingBIM to visualiseand analysethe 3D model for design review, enabling stakeholders to assess the project's overall integrity and functionality

• Collaboration:Coordinating collaboration between engineering partners and their deliveries

• Communication: Facilitatingeffective communication between different stakeholders

You’llbe working as part of amulticultural and open-minded team with diverse expertise.

To be able to succeed in the position,we expect you to have:

• University-level education

• 3+ years’ work experience in a similar role

• Experience with Forma / Autodesk Construction Cloud and other Autodesk products is considered a strong advantage

• Knowledge ofISO19650is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of Navisworks and Revit, and/or other BIM software is desirable

• Strong attention to detailand a solution-drivenmindset

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English

• A self-driven attitude and motivation to learn and grow professionally

• Good communication, negotiationand teamwork skills

• Ability to understand and work with diverse cultures
