Main Responsibilities:
- PO release base on the SAP-MRP, delivery date confirmation base on the project delivery schedule and tracking
- Supplier quality management, include the whole process: supplier side, in-coming inspection, during the machining process, and final inspection
- Supplier payment handling and invoice base on the term
- Supplier master date and material master date maintenance
- Inventory management, safety stock and stock level monthly review and improvement
- Urgent service case, daily tracking the lead time with supplier side
- Daily communication with supplier
- Cost down, continue to improve the supplier chain
