We are looking for Senior Purchaser in Japan. This is a permanent opportunity and its location is Toyama, Japan.

What will you be doing:

As Senior Purchaser, your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Reviewing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and issuing / following up on Purchase Orders (PO)
• Confirming delivery dates, handling delays, and rescheduling
• Negotiating prices and delivery terms with suppliers
• Maintaining SAP master data (supplier)
• Managing inventory and reviewing safety stock levels
• Handling quality defects and claims; managing supplier performance
• Processing invoices and supporting payment-related matters

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

• High school graduate or higher
• Min. 2 years’ experience in supply chain management
• Proficiency in Japanese, written and verbal is a must
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal is plus

富山工場内Senior Purchaserとして、シャフトラインソリューションズジャパン富山工場の購買業務に従事していただきます。製品の生産に必要な材料の調達,価格交渉、納期管理、サプライヤー品質管理など会社の収益に直結する重要な業務となります。

配属部署:生産管理部 調達管理課

期待するスキル：

· 調達・購買の実務経験者

· 貿易実務知識

· ネイティブレベルの日本語スキルおよび英語スキル中級レベルあれば優遇、

· コミュニケーションスキル

· SAPその他の基幹システムの使用経験歓迎

· 高卒以上

· PCスキル（MS Office）

主な職務内容

· サプライヤーの選定、価格・取引条件の折衝、総量発注、納期管理

· 顧客希望納期対応、営業チーム、生産計画チーム、出荷サイトとの連携

· 納期管理、社内外問い合せ対応

· 購入・仕入れ業務

· データ入力や購入等に必要な書類の作成、メールや電話対応

· 国内、海外出張

· 生産に伴う材料、部品などの購入、納期管理、在庫管理

· 業者管理

· 価格交渉、納期交渉
