Salary Range: $20.00 - $26.55 per hour

Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning industrial machinery Willingness to learn machine safety procedures and proper PPE use Ability to use simple measuring tools (tape measure, ruler) or willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail with a focus on producing accurate cuts
- Ability to work safely around large materials and moving equipment
- Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and reading dimensions
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Exposure to hand tools or basic shop tools
- Familiarity with reading simple work orders or production sheet
- Interest in learning CNC controls and automated equipment
- Ability to lift materials and assist with loading/unloading using forklift or overhead crane
