What you'll do:
- Manage and prioritize exterior facility service projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Prepare and execute budgets by developing cost estimates and approving purchases of parts, materials, and equipment.
- Perform seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, landscaping, and shopping cart service.
- Operate and inspect heavy machinery and vehicles, ensuring safety compliance and proper maintenance.
- Troubleshoot facility issues and provide technical assistance to support customer service and operational needs.
- Coordinate with third-party providers, conduct performance evaluations, and maintain compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Implement facility upgrades to improve sustainability and reduce operating costs.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in facility maintenance and exterior services, including seasonal landscaping and snow removal operations.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Ability to manage budgets, approve purchases, and conduct cost comparisons for materials and equipment.
- Skilled in operating and maintaining heavy machinery and powered equipment safely and efficiently.
- Demonstrated capability to lead third-party providers and conduct quality assurance inspections.
- Effective communication skills to assess and resolve customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams.
- Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and standards of integrity in all work activities.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
