Role summary:The Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing, is responsible for operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring they meet established standards. This role involves performing safety and preventative maintenance on machinery, managing equipment inventory, and operating corporate vehicles in compliance with safety protocols. The position requires effective communication with facility users and team members to address service requests and support operational needs. The Technician also contributes to seasonal exterior maintenance and collaborates with management to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency across facility services.

What you'll do:
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks on power washing machinery and corporate vehicles.
- Evaluate cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and operational methods.
- Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with facility users and management.
- Maintain equipment inventory, install wear parts, and ensure proper storage of tools and vehicles.
- Collaborate with teams to meet operational priorities and support facility maintenance needs.
- Conduct seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to maintain safe conditions.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery.
- Ability to evaluate surfaces and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and cleaning methods.
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures for handling high-pressure equipment and heavy machinery.
- Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and basic repairs on power washing tools and vehicles.
- Competence in documenting work orders and communicating effectively with facility users and team members.
- Capability to operate corporate vehicles safely, including conducting inspections and coordinating maintenance.
- Commitment to adhering to company policies, ethical standards, and quality requirements.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Must be 21 years of age or older.Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency and maintain a minimum of a 90-day Medical Examiner's Certification (MEC) card.
No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.
No more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle.
No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
As required by Section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language.
Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight or weekends.
Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.
