The team designs and scales enterprise cryptographic services by integrating Public Key Infrastructure, Hardware Security Modules, and security automation. Combining software development and infrastructure engineering, it builds secure, cloud-native platforms supporting certificate lifecycle management and key operations across various applications and cloud environments. With a focus on automation, API-driven services, and developer experience, the team delivers resilient, highly available cryptographic solutions that enhance engineering productivity while maintaining enterprise-grade security and compliance. Collaboration and innovation drive continuous advancement in secure platform development within hybrid and multi-cloud settings.
What you'll do...
- Lead cross-functional strategic technology initiatives to enhance information security across global markets.
- Establish and promote best practices for security governance, risk management, and compliance with corporate policies.
- Conduct comprehensive cyber risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Oversee security audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align security protocols with business objectives and evolving threats.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Drive implementation of security controls and monitor effectiveness to safeguard organizational assets.
What you'll bring:
- Proven leadership experience in information security management and strategy development.
- Expertise in cyber security, including risk assessment, threat identification, and mitigation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, policies, and compliance standards.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Experience with Public Key Infrastructure and Hardware Security Module technologies.
- Skilled in conducting security audits and implementing controls to address vulnerabilities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute security initiatives aligned with business goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
