We're hiring a Junior Production Planner at our Singapore office (20 Kian Teck Lane, Jurong).

What you'll do• Prepare build plans and production schedules for customer orders and inventory replenishment (safety and consignment stock)• Coordinate the flow of work across production, purchasing, and customer service• Work with Purchasing to make sure materials are ready to meet the production schedule• Track work progress and flag delays early• Join Lean kaizen events and help find smarter, less wasteful ways of working

What you'll learn• Real-world MRP and ERP systems (Oracle / SAP)• Lean manufacturing tools, with a pathway to Lean certification• How a global manufacturing business runs, from customer order to delivery

What we're looking for• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related studies (Advanced Diploma or Degree is a plus)• Fresh graduates welcome; internship or planning experience in manufacturing or semiconductor equipment is a bonus• Comfortable with Excel and Microsoft Office• Detail-oriented, organised, and a good communicator• A team player who enjoys solving problems• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents

About the roleThis role starts as a 6-month contract, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent position based on strong performance, a positive attitude, and good attendance.
