Winona, MN
Pay Rate: $23.06 per hourShift Hours: Friday–Sunday, 5:30 AM–6:00 PM

As a Senior Operator, you’ll be hands-on with the equipment, tools, and technology that bring high-quality products to life. You’ll keep things moving at takt time, solve challenges, test your work, and help your team succeed while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. From working with teammates to partnering with Maintenance, Quality, and Continuous Improvement, you’ll play an important role in making every day—and every product—better.
Your Key Responsibilities
Operate equipment/tools/machinery to prepare and assemble product
Set- up and operate equipment / tools /machinery, including complex equipment to prepare and assemble product.
Assure product meets all quality standards
May test products using established procedures.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Meet production metrics (takt time).
Serve as a resource to others in resolution of complex problems and issues and work on tasks that reflect substantial variety and complexity.
Check and fill out necessary reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, rejects and production times
May complete inventory-cycle counts and do the tracking of work in progress.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED preferred.
Up to three years of related manufacturing or industry experience.
Basic understanding of computer systems and data analysis.
Ability to learn new skills and follow directions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn, improve, and flex between work cells and value streams.
Desired Qualifications
Two-year degree, technical certificate, trade training, or equivalent related experience preferred.
Experience with TPM, SMT, Electronics, and/or continuous improvement strongly preferred.
Location-specific certifications, such as IPC certification in Winona, may be required.
