In this role, you will conduct cluster analysis of driving behaviors, build tools and automated pipelines, experiment with ideas to improve signal precision, and develop signals to quantify driving performance. Missions
- Conduct cluster analysis of driving behaviors of autonomous vehicles and build tools to improve response to undesirable events.
- Experiment with ideas to improve precision of signals that detect undesirable behaviors and develop signals to quantify driving performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automated pipelines and enhance Waymo's in-field response.
Profil recherché
- Basic proficiency for data analysis (SQL or Python)- Currently pursuing graduate degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field
- Data fluency
- Proficiency in Python or C++
- Experience with training and evaluating Machine Learning models
- Experience prototyping agentic systems
- Experience with C++ and large-scale distributed systems
