Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate Windows and Mac devices using MDM.
  • Handle Google Workspace user onboarding/offboarding.
  • Monitor endpoint security, EDR, and patch compliance.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and endpoint issues.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and support security audits.

Requirements:

  • Key Skills: Windows 10/11 and macOS administration, Microsoft Intune/Jamf (MDM), Google Workspace administration, endpoint security and EDR, patch and vulnerability management, network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, VPN), hardware troubleshooting and asset management.
  • Preferred: Microsoft Endpoint Administrator, Jamf, Google Workspace Admin, or ITIL certifications.
