About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Graphic Designer to help bring Fourthwall’s brand to life across our digital surfaces. This is a role focused on producing high-quality, scroll-stopping visual assets that help us grow our audience, launch new creators, and tell the Fourthwall story. You’ll design everything from Instagram carousels and YouTube thumbnails to blog images and landing page assets, all while keeping our brand consistent, modern, and unmistakably Fourthwall.

This role is perfect for someone who is fluent in social-first design, has a sharp eye for typography and composition, and can move quickly without sacrificing craft. You’ll work closely with our social, marketing, and brand teams to ship assets that look great and perform even better.

What You’ll Do

• Design Instagram content. Create eye-catching carousels, Stories, and in-feed graphics that drive engagement, introduce new creators, and grow our community.
• Design YouTube thumbnails. Craft bold, clickable thumbnails that perform, balancing curiosity, clarity, and brand consistency across every video we publish.
• Design blog images. Produce hero images, in-line graphics, and supporting visuals for Fourthwall’s blog and editorial content.
• Design landing page assets. Create marketing graphics, illustrations, and visual elements that bring our landing pages, campaigns, and product launches to life.
• Create curated merch and PR boxes. Design and assemble standout merchandise and PR packages that delight creators, partners, and recipients while reinforcing the Fourthwall brand.
• Maintain brand consistency. Work within (and help evolve) our visual system so every asset feels cohesive across platforms and surfaces.
• Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner with social, marketing, partnerships, and web teams to align design with campaigns, creator launches, and product moments.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally with a focus on social media, digital marketing, or brand content
• A strong portfolio showing social-first design work: Instagram carousels, YouTube thumbnails, marketing graphics, and web assets
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• A sharp eye for typography, color, hierarchy, and composition
• Native understanding of what performs on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Ability to take a brief and turn it around quickly without losing craft or polish
• Comfort working independently in a fast-moving, remote environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take and incorporate feedback

Bonus Points If…

• You have experience designing for creators, entertainment brands, or DTC e-commerce
• You can do light motion design, GIFs, or animated assets
• You’re comfortable with basic photo retouching and product mockups
• You’re a creator yourself - you understand the space because you live in it
