Internship Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be part of a small marketing team that builds campaigns, creates content, and measures results. This role is hands-on and ideal if you like to set up systems, test ideas, and see the direct outcome of your work.

 Responsibilities

• Assist in promoting the company's AI software products, IT solutions, and digital services.
• Create marketing content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, product presentations, company profiles, brochures, and promotional content.
• Support digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and promote the company's software solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the software, AI, and technology industries.
• Assist in website content updates, blog writing, and basic SEO activities.
• Support the preparation of marketing campaigns, email marketing, and other promotional activities.
• Assist in creating engaging content to explain software features, product benefits, and technology solutions to potential customers.
• Track social media engagement and marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Interested in digital marketing, software products, AI technology, and the IT industry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, or other content creation tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, or analytics tools is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willing to learn about AI technology, software products, and emerging digital trends.
• Interested in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new market opportunities.
• Eager to learn and explore how AI tools can be applied in marketing activities.
