Senior Content & Email Marketing Manager

We’re looking for someone who can own content and email marketing end-to-end, not just write copy, but understand what the content needs to achieve, who it’s for, and how to make it perform.

You’ll be responsible for shaping narratives across campaigns, emails, blogs, ebooks, case studies, and other high-impact content.

You should be equally comfortable getting into the weeds of a nurture campaign, building a long-form content asset, and looking at the numbers to figure out what needs to change.

We also expect you to know how to use AI effectively to accelerate research, ideation, drafting, repurposing, and execution without compromising quality or judgment.

What you’ll do

• Own the content and email marketing strategy across key campaigns and initiatives
• Plan, write, execute, and optimize email campaigns, nurture journeys, and newsletters
• Create and drive long-form content such as ebooks, case studies, reports, blogs, and thought leadership pieces
• Turn customer stories, product insights, and industry trends into compelling content
• Develop campaign messaging and copy across landing pages, emails, social, and other channels
• Repurpose high-performing content across formats and distribution channels
• Track performance across open rates, click-through rates, conversions, engagement, and content consumption, and use those insights to improve what we do next
• Use AI tools thoughtfully across research, ideation, drafting, editing, and content repurposing
• Work closely with product marketing, design, sales, customer success, and other teams to bring campaigns and stories to life
• Maintain a high bar for clarity, storytelling, brand voice, and quality across everything that goes out

Who we’re looking for

• 5-8 years of experience in content marketing, email marketing, or a related role
• A strong portfolio across formats, especially long-form content, campaigns, and email
• Someone who can think strategically but is still happy to write and execute
• Strong understanding of email marketing fundamentals, audience segmentation, nurture journeys, and performance metrics
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with an instinct for making complex ideas simple
• Plan and create engaging social media content across key channels.
• Data-aware and curious. You care about what performed, what didn’t, and why
• Comfortable owning projects independently and working across multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with a B2B or SaaS brand is strongly preferred
