Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Kolkata. The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and managing a healthy sales pipeline, and generating qualified leads through research, networking, and outreach. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, conducting meetings and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align client requirements with Webingo's services. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals, negotiating terms, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular reports and insights to management. The Business Development Executive will also participate in industry events, contribute to strategic growth initiatives, and actively represent Webingo's brand in the market.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a sustainable client pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, handle negotiations, and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions clearly, conduct effective meetings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in IT services, digital solutions, or related industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office, and strong analytical and presentation skills, is preferred.
