• Manage the general ledger accounts and reconciliations.
• Full responsibility for the vehicle administration function.
• Daily cash administration and banking where required.
• Assist in managing the Accounts receivable and Accounts payable function.
• Loan account reconciliations.
• Key role player in Month-end and Year-end closing procedures.
• Provide key assistance during internal and external audits
• Maintain accurate filing and document management systems.
• Provide general administrative support to the dealership and management.
• Assist various departments with administrative and finance-related requirements.

• Namibian citizen
• Valid drivers' license
• Accounting Qualification or minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional communication skills
• Experience in Automotive Dealer Management Systems will be an advantage.
