Assistant Sales Manager

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will assist in driving our sales strategy and help manage the sales team, ensuring exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Manage and support the sales team in achieving their targets.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and sales activities.
• Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective buyers.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide detailed reports on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hospitality and Airline professionals with the right attitude and zeal to learn and grow in the luxury real estate space are also welcome to apply
