We are looking for a highly motivated and technically capable professional to contribute to the development and growth of an AI-powered voice technology platform serving startups and large enterprises across global markets.

The role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, voice technology, conversational experiences, automation, and enterprise software. You will contribute to building scalable solutions that enable businesses to automate customer interactions, improve communication experiences, and deploy intelligent voice applications.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced technology environment and will have a strong interest in AI, voice platforms, enterprise applications, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI-powered voice and conversational technology solutions.
• Work with engineering and product teams to translate business and customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop, integrate, test, and maintain platform capabilities supporting voice-based customer experiences.
• Work with APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and enterprise technology components where required.
• Analyse technical and product requirements and contribute to solution design and implementation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement reliable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product and platform initiatives.
• Contribute to improving platform performance, scalability, reliability, and overall customer experience.
• Support the development of intelligent workflows and automation capabilities for enterprise use cases.
• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities as applicable to the role.
• Analyse customer and product feedback to identify opportunities for platform and feature improvements.
• Contribute to documentation, technical standards, development processes, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Stay current with developments in Generative AI, conversational AI, voice AI, automation, and enterprise communication technologies.
• Work effectively in a global environment supporting products and use cases across international markets.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, technology, product engineering, solutions engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong interest or practical experience in AI, voice technology, conversational AI, automation, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, or distributed software systems is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage technical deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and technologies evolve quickly.
• Strong attention to quality, reliability, scalability, and customer experience.
• A proactive approach to learning and experimenting with emerging AI and voice technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
