We are looking for an experienced Freelance Web Developer to build a high-performance, fully customised website for a premium dermatology and aesthetic healthcare business. The role will involve developing the website from scratch using Next.js, React.js, and frontend JavaScript, with strong focus on performance, SEO, security, responsiveness, and seamless user experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern web development, custom coding, API integrations, CRM systems, appointment management, and healthcare or clinic websites.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a fully customised website using Next.js, React.js, and frontend JavaScript.
• Build a premium, modern, and responsive user interface suitable for a dermatology and aesthetic healthcare business.
• Develop and integrate a real-time doctor appointment and slot management system.
• Implement customer/patient management and CRM integrations.
• Integrate loyalty program functionality and related third-party systems.
• Build dynamic landing pages to support Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Integrate Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, analytics, and advertising technologies.
• Implement SEO-friendly website architecture, metadata, structured content, and technical SEO best practices.
• Optimise website performance with a target of achieving 90+ Google PageSpeed scores wherever technically feasible.
• Integrate APIs, payment gateways, CRM platforms, and other required third-party services.
• Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable custom code without relying on templates.
• Ensure the website is fully responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
• Implement appropriate security practices for patient-facing and business-critical functionality.
• Conduct testing, debugging, performance optimisation, and cross-browser validation.
• Deliver the complete website within the agreed 30-45 day project timeline.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of professional experience in web development, with strong hands-on experience building production websites.
• Expert-level proficiency in Next.js, React.js, JavaScript, and modern frontend development.
• Strong experience developing fully customised websites from scratch rather than relying on templates.
• Working knowledge of PHP for backend development and CRM integrations.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, CRM systems, and payment gateways.
• Good understanding of technical SEO, website architecture, landing pages, and conversion-focused development.
• Strong knowledge of website performance optimisation, Core Web Vitals, and Google PageSpeed optimisation.
• Experience implementing Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, analytics, and advertising integrations.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, web security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience developing appointment booking, healthcare, clinic, CRM, or similar service-based websites is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently and deliver within strict timelines.
• A portfolio showcasing at least 3 custom websites built using Next.js is required.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and project ownership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, marketing teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
