We are looking for an experienced PM - Compliance to lead compliance-focused product initiatives across enterprise software and Point-of-Sale (POS) platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, combined with the ability to translate complex business and regulatory needs into scalable product solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving compliance initiatives across the product lifecycle, partnering with engineering, product, legal, risk, security, and business teams to ensure that enterprise software and POS solutions meet applicable regulatory, operational, and internal compliance standards.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Own the compliance product roadmap for enterprise software and POS solutions.
• Identify, analyse, and translate regulatory and compliance requirements into actionable product initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security, Engineering, Product, Operations, and business stakeholders to define requirements.
• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Assess the impact of new or changing regulations on existing products, workflows, systems, and POS capabilities.
• Define compliance controls and product capabilities required to support regulatory and internal governance requirements.
• Prioritise compliance initiatives based on regulatory urgency, business impact, risk, dependencies, and technical feasibility.
• Work with engineering teams to design and implement compliance capabilities across enterprise software platforms.
• Ensure POS and transaction-related workflows incorporate appropriate compliance, security, audit, and control requirements.
• Support requirements related to transaction monitoring, data protection, access controls, audit trails, reporting, and record retention where applicable.
• Coordinate compliance-focused testing, validation, UAT, and release readiness activities.
• Monitor implementation progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive initiatives through successful delivery.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation, product specifications, control requirements, and implementation records.
• Support internal and external audits by coordinating product evidence, documentation, controls, and remediation activities.
• Track compliance gaps and ensure appropriate corrective actions are defined and delivered.
• Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to monitor compliance-related product performance and risks.
• Continuously evaluate enterprise software and POS workflows for opportunities to strengthen compliance and operational controls.
• Stay informed about relevant regulatory developments, industry standards, and emerging compliance requirements.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6+ years of professional experience in product management, compliance product management, enterprise software, risk, governance, or a related technology function.
• Strong hands-on experience working with compliance requirements in enterprise software environments.
• Good understanding of POS systems, payment workflows, transaction processing, or retail technology.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into clear product requirements and technical specifications.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritisation, requirements, delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, auditability, governance, and compliance processes.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations, and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex regulatory and product requirements.
• Excellent communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum product development and modern enterprise software delivery practices.
• Ability to balance compliance, business objectives, customer experience, scalability, and technical feasibility.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive complex compliance initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to regulatory accuracy, product quality, and operational reliability.
