We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Product Manager - AI with 3-5 years of product management experience and a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, and AI-powered products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, translating business and customer needs into scalable product solutions, and working closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful AI products.

This role requires a strong product mindset combined with the ability to understand AI capabilities, identify meaningful use cases, and translate complex technical concepts into practical product requirements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for AI-powered products and features.
• Identify customer problems, market opportunities, and use cases where AI can create measurable business value.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, ML, design, and business teams to conceptualize, build, launch, and continuously improve AI products.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, business requirements, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify product opportunities.
• Create detailed PRDs, user stories, product specifications, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Prioritize product features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to understand model capabilities, limitations, data requirements, evaluation methodologies, and production considerations.
• Define product success metrics, KPIs, and adoption goals, and use data-driven insights to improve product performance.
• Drive product development throughout the lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through development, launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution and alignment with product objectives.
• Work with engineering teams to resolve product trade-offs and balance user experience, technical complexity, scalability, and time-to-market.
• Monitor AI product performance and customer adoption, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Stay updated on emerging AI, Generative AI, LLMs, automation, and machine learning trends and evaluate their potential application to the product roadmap.

Must-Have Skills

• Product Management: Strong experience managing products from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• AI: Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience working on AI-driven products, platforms, or features.
• Strong ability to define product requirements, user journeys, product roadmaps, and feature priorities.
• Experience working closely with engineering, data science, design, and business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to product decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical and AI concepts into clear product requirements and business outcomes.
• Experience with product analytics, KPIs, experimentation, and product performance measurement.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in technology, SaaS, AI, ML, or data-driven products.
• Proven experience taking digital or technology products from concept to production.
• Hands-on experience working with AI/ML or Generative AI use cases is highly preferred.
• Technical understanding of APIs, data flows, software development processes, and AI/ML systems will be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
