We are looking for a senior and mature HR Leader to lead the overall people agenda for the organization. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the HR strategy, strengthening organizational culture, developing talent, and partnering with business leadership to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership presence, strategic HR expertise, and the ability to balance business priorities with employee experience and organizational development.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the overall HR strategy and people agenda in alignment with organizational goals.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people-related business decisions.
• Develop and strengthen HR policies, processes, systems, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Drive effective performance management and employee development programs.
• Build initiatives focused on employee engagement, culture, wellbeing, and organizational effectiveness.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership on employee relations, people matters, and organizational challenges.
• Identify talent gaps and develop strategies for building a strong and future-ready workforce.
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives as the business evolves.
• Ensure HR practices remain compliant with applicable employment laws and organizational policies.
• Establish and monitor HR metrics and people analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop leadership capability and support managers in building high-performing teams.
• Manage and mentor the HR team while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen employee experience, communication, and organizational culture.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 12+ years of progressive experience across HR leadership, HR business partnering, or people management roles.
• Proven experience leading the end-to-end HR agenda for an organization or business unit.
• Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Experience partnering closely with CXO-level and senior leadership teams.
• Strong leadership presence with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement scalable HR processes, policies, and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, HR governance, and employment compliance.
• Experience managing, mentoring, and developing HR teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy with organizational objectives.
• Mature, pragmatic, and highly approachable leadership style.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment while managing strategic priorities and day-to-day HR requirements.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
