We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the social media presence of multiple consumer-facing brands. The role will focus on developing engaging content strategies, managing day-to-day social media execution, and ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate understands consumer brands, has a strong eye for engaging content, stays current with social media trends, and can turn creative ideas into content that drives audience engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram and other relevant social platforms.
• Develop and maintain content calendars for multiple brands.
• Plan and execute engaging social media content aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Develop creative concepts, content ideas, captions, and copy for social media campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, memes, cultural moments, and emerging platform features.
• Coordinate with creative teams, designers, photographers, influencers, and other stakeholders for content execution.
• Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and content coordination across multiple accounts.
• Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual direction, messaging, and overall digital presence.
• Monitor audience engagement and social media performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track relevant social media metrics and contribute insights for improving content performance.
• Manage multiple brands and competing content priorities while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Proactively identify new content opportunities based on audience behaviour, trends, and platform developments.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content, or a related role.
• Agency experience, particularly managing multiple brands simultaneously, will be an advantage.
• Experience working with Fashion, Lifestyle, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or similar consumer brands is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms.
• Good content planning, copywriting, creative ideation, and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of consumer brands and digital audience behaviour.
• Ability to develop and manage content calendars, campaigns, and daily social media execution.
• Strong awareness of current social media trends, formats, creators, and emerging content styles.
• Excellent communication, coordination, organisation, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a good visual and creative sense.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, brands, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive, curious, and creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into engaging digital content.
