We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Video Editor & Motion Designer to conceptualise, produce, and deliver high-quality video content across brand, product, campaign, e-commerce, and digital marketing requirements.

The ideal candidate will combine strong video editing and motion design expertise with a sharp eye for visual storytelling, premium aesthetics, animation, typography, and digital content. You will take ownership of projects from concept and footage selection through editing, animation, adaptation, and final delivery across multiple platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conceptualise, create, and edit high-quality video content for brand, product, campaign, e-commerce, and digital marketing requirements.
• Own projects from concept, storyboard, footage selection, editing, animation, adaptation, and final delivery.
• Create product videos, campaign films, promotional videos, website videos, digital content, and e-commerce assets.
• Work with footage, photography, graphics, typography, stock assets, and AI-generated content to produce polished videos.
• Create engaging motion graphics, 2D animation, kinetic typography, transitions, and animated layouts.
• Transform static campaign key visuals, product imagery, and graphic assets into dynamic motion creatives.
• Adapt master videos into multiple durations, aspect ratios, resolutions, and platform-specific formats.
• Develop creative adaptations for websites, apps, marketplaces, performance marketing, digital advertising, CRM/email, and other online channels.
• Create multiple creative variations based on duration, opening frames, messaging, product focus, sequencing, and calls-to-action.
• Produce video assets for platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital advertising channels.
• Develop product-led video content for e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, product pages, storefronts, banners, and landing pages.
• Ensure adaptations maintain the core creative concept, visual language, and brand consistency while meeting platform requirements.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers to translate static campaign concepts into dynamic motion assets.
• Work with photographers, videographers, designers, copywriters, and external production partners when required.
• Ensure final assets meet brand guidelines, technical specifications, quality standards, and platform requirements.
• Manage multiple projects, revisions, and tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creative quality.
• Maintain organised master files, project files, templates, and final adaptations for efficient future use.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in video editing, motion design, animation, AI-powered creative tools, and digital content.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion design, animation, or digital content production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, animation, digital campaigns, and e-commerce content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, typography, transitions, animation, and sound.
• Excellent understanding of digital video formats, aspect ratios, resolutions, codecs, and platform specifications.
• Ability to independently take a creative brief from concept through creation, editing, animation, adaptation, and final delivery.
• Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for premium visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, frequent iterations, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and visual communication across digital channels.
• Experience working with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, D2C, or e-commerce brands is an advantage.
• Experience creating content for marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Experience with 3D, CGI, or advanced animation is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered video and creative-generation tools is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of colour grading and sound design is an advantage.
• Experience collaborating with performance marketing and e-commerce teams will be beneficial.
• Strong communication, creative problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
