Join our team as an Engineering Manager in the UK. In this role, you will lead a team of software engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of technical projects and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to drive the development roadmap and maintain technical excellence. This position offers a competitive salary, 24 days of annual leave, health insurance, and a four-day work week after the first month.
Missions
- Collaborer avec le chef de produit et le designer sur la feuille de route, la gestion de projet et les tâches quotidiennes.
- Assurer la supervision des décisions techniques de l'équipe, de l'architecture et de la qualité du code, par le biais de revues de code, de revues de conception et de contrôles réguliers.

Profil recherché
7-12 years in engineering, including 2 to 5 years leading a team of engineers in a product-first company
Real technical credibility: you read code and challenge design, without needing to write the feature yourself
A track record of shipping with Product and Design, including when the plan changed mid-quarter
Strong engineering standards across testing, CI/CD, observability, disciplined releases
A coaching instinct: clear expectations, honest feedback, genuine interest in seeing people grow
Clear communication, upwards and sideways. You are able to have difficult conversations with clarity and confidence.
Pragmatic about AI and developer productivity tools, and about measuring whether they actually pay off
Our engineering teams work across Paris and London, therefore FR-speaking skills are highly desirable but not essential
