Role: Salesforce Lead

Experience: 10+ years, with at least 5 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud.

What you will do:

- Lead implementation projects in the Retail/Consumer Goods domain.

- Manage integrations, with specific expertise in JSON and cross-module data flow.

- Handle Salesforce administration, configuration, and business requirement mapping.

- Work with Agile user stories, features, and story points.

- Develop SQL queries and manage RDBMS tasks.

- Deliver value-driven solutions using native functionality with minimal customization.

- Manage the full project lifecycle from low-level design to post-production support.

Tech Stack & Requirements:

- Mandatory: Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud (at least 1 end-to-end implementation each).

- Proficient in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, REST & SOAP APIs, and Governor limits.

- Knowledge of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components).

- Experience with GIT, SSO, OAuth 2.0, unit testing, and peer reviews.

- Strong understanding of the Salesforce release cycle and recent feature updates.

- Salesforce Certifications are mandatory.

Qualifications:

- Engineering Graduate/MBA/MCA or equivalent.
