CRM Solution Architect

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Technology & Experience practice as a CRM Solution Architect. This role will help wealth management, banking, and insurance organizations design and implement CRM solutions that improve advisor, employee, and customer experiences. You will combine CRM solution architecture expertise with an understanding of financial services workflows and technology ecosystems to advise clients on platform strategy, solution design, data models, technology selection, and end-to-end implementation. 

What You Will Do  

• Lead CRM solution architecture and design workstreams for wealth management, banking, and insurance clients. 
• Advise clients on CRM strategy, platform selection, technology consolidation, and solution design, helping determine which platforms and capabilities best support their business needs. 
• Translate financial services business requirements into scalable solution architectures, data models, configurations, integrations, and implementation recommendations. 
• Facilitate requirements and design sessions with business and technology stakeholders, asking the right questions to evaluate current-state challenges and define future-state solutions. 
• Design solutions supporting financial services capabilities such as advisor workflows, client servicing, case management, lead management, relationship management, and customer engagement. 
• Evaluate how CRM platforms interact with the broader financial services technology ecosystem, including wealth management platforms, advisor technologies, accounting and billing systems, and core banking technologies. 
• Manage solution design deliverables and workstreams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and key design decisions while ensuring work meets client expectations. 
• Partner with product owners, business analysts, engineers, and client teams throughout design, configuration, testing, and implementation. 
• Develop deeper expertise across wealth management, banking, insurance, CRM platforms, and emerging technologies while sharing knowledge with colleagues. 
• Contribute subject matter expertise to proposals, pursuits, reusable solution assets, and practice knowledge. 
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven recommendations for clients, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs. 
• Apply AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, data models) to enhance insights, improve delivery efficiency, and elevate the quality of client outcomes. 

What You Will Bring  

• 4+ years of consulting, CRM, technology implementation, or related experience, with experience owning solution design or technical workstreams. 
• Experience designing or implementing CRM technologies within financial services; experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise CRM technologies is preferred. 
• Strong understanding of wealth management, banking, or insurance business processes and how CRM capabilities support financial services organizations. 
• Ability to advise clients on CRM platform capabilities, technology selections, data models, integrations, and solution architecture rather than focusing solely on system configuration. 
• Understanding of capabilities such as advisor and servicing workflows, case management, lead management, relationship management, and customer engagement. 
• Familiarity with the broader financial services technology ecosystem; experience with wealth platforms, advisor technologies, accounting systems, billing platforms, or core banking technologies is a plus. 
• Experience facilitating client workshops and communicating solution recommendations to business and technology stakeholders. 
• Experience with wealth management technologies and platforms, such as Redtail, Wealthspire, Envestnet, wealth core platforms, or similar advisor and wealth technology solutions, is a plus. 
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation, coupled with strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs. 
• Ability to travel 25 to 50%. 
• Hybrid role: 2x per week in office

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.

Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
