Senior Software Developer, AI Innovation & Enablement, Shared Services

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the AI Team, part of our Shared Services organization. You will work with our internal AI team, Internal IT Team, Shared Service employees, and our Line consultants to understand their business needs and strategies to deliver AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:  

• Collaborate with team members to design and develop software applications  

• Use an Agile approach to iteratively deliver products 

• You will work with several of our core technologies:
  • Back-end: Node.js, Python, .NET
  • Front-end: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, , HTML5, CSS3
  • Database: PostgresQL, MongoDB, SQL Server
  • Cloud: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Generative AI: Azure OpenAI, Databricks Machine Learning 

• You will work with several of the following patterns & tools:
  • Patterns: MVC, MVVM, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), REST
  • Source Control: Git, Azure DevOps
  • DevOps Tooling: Terraform, Docker, 
  • Package Management: NPM, NuGet
  • Testing: Jest  

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience required. 

• 5+ years of experience in full stack software development 

• Strong AI knowledge and development experience   

• Good working knowledge on Object Oriented concepts. 

• Strong computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and design patterns. 

• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, collaborative, Agile/Scrum project environment. 

• Excellent team, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills. 

• Smart, versatile, and passionate about delivering the highest caliber of code. 

• Motivated to work with and learn a variety of technologies and languages. 

• Excellent communication ability with team members and clients in English. 

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary. Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity. An estimated base salary for this role is below:

$61,700—$72,600 USD
