Lead change analysis, readiness and adoption insights that support the University’s enterprise-wide AI platform implementation and related initiatives.

The Opportunity

You will lead the change analysis, organisational readiness, adoption insights and capability assessment workstream for the University’s enterprise-wide AI Platform implementation and related initiatives. Your work will provide the evidence needed to guide implementation planning, program decisions and successful adoption.

You will design and deliver change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments and capability evaluations. You will translate complex organisational impacts into practical adoption plans, capability initiatives, training requirements, communications and user-focused resources.

Working across organisational change, program delivery, technology, data, Faculties, Schools and professional units, you will develop adoption measures, dashboards and reporting frameworks. You will provide senior specialist advice on readiness, resistance, workforce implications and capability gaps while strengthening change maturity and continuous improvement across the program.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Deliver robust change impact, stakeholder and readiness assessments that inform implementation and adoption planning.
  • Provide evidence-based advice on adoption risks, workforce implications, resistance patterns and capability gaps.
  • Establish meaningful adoption measures, dashboards and reports that produce actionable insights.
  • Develop practical training, guidance, communication and capability resources that support new ways of working.
  • Build productive relationships across program, technology, data and business areas to validate findings and support adoption.

About You

  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education and training.
  • Extensive experience as a Senior Change Analyst or in a similar role supporting complex digital transformation initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of contemporary change methodologies, including impact assessment, stakeholder analysis and readiness evaluation.
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate complex information into practical insights and recommendations.
  • Highly developed engagement, facilitation and influencing skills, including experience working with senior leaders and within a higher education context.
