Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

We're building an AI product for enterprise leaders, grounded in behavioral science. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you'll work across the stack to ship it, from the interfaces leaders use day to day, to the infrastructure that keeps everything fast and reliable.

What you'll do: Own features end-to-end (from API design through to the React surface) across our product lines.

• Build the orchestration layer that turns model outputs into responsive, real-time UI.
• Make hard product trade-offs in a small team where every engineer has meaningful product input.
• Raise the bar on performance, observability, and developer experience as we grow.
• Help shape engineering culture, hiring, and architectural direction.

What we're looking for: 5+ years shipping production web applications. Strong with TypeScript, React, and Next.js (App Router).

• Comfortable across the stack: Node.js APIs, relational databases, queues, and the boundary between them.
• Track record of shipping LLM-powered features in production, not just demos.
• Strong design sense: you care about how the product feels, not just whether it works.
• High agency in a small team; you find the next thing to ship without being told.

Nice to have: Experience with streaming UIs, real-time collaboration, or agent orchestration frameworks. • Background in design systems or motion design. • Cloudflare / edge-runtime familiarity.
