Wheelsys is a Greek software company powering car-rental and mobility operations in 160+ countries. Wheelsys is certified to ISO 27001 (information security), ISO 22301 (business continuity), PCI-DSS v 4.0.1 and SOC 2 TYPE II. As we scale the platform and take on new customer projects, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Operations (Implementation / Professional Services) team and boost customer implementations end-to-end — from discovery through Go-Live and beyond.

About the Role
You will report to our Operations Director (COO) and lead multiple customer implementation projects at the same time — owning scope, timeline, risk and delivery. You are the bridge between customers, Operations, Product and Development: turning business needs into working solutions, driving successful Go-Lives, and mentoring junior consultants.
It is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a small, senior team where everyone steps into whatever operational gap needs owning.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead multiple implementation projects end-to-end — own scope, timeline, risks and deliverables
- Run discovery; gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and implementation workflows
- Coordinate customer meetings and steering committees, keeping stakeholders aligned, both internal and external
- Plan and execute successful Go-Lives, then manage post-Go-Live stabilization and customer adoption
- Coordinate across teams — Sales handovers, Product on functionality gaps, Development during execution, and a clean handover to Support
- Mentor junior consultants and coordinate project squads
- Build trusted customer relationships and advise on best practices
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- 5–7+ years implementing or delivering business systems end-to-end (SaaS, ERP or enterprise platforms), with ownership of projects
- Domain Hands-on experience in car rental, leasing, fleet or automotive (booking, fleet, pricing, billing or telematics) and familiarity with rental and leasing business processes
- Strong business analysis & requirements gathering
- Customer-facing consulting experience
- Excellent communication, with a problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Greek & English (professional level)
Ideally — strong plus
- Structured project-management method (Agile or classic; PMP / PRINCE2 a plus)
- SaaS implementation experience
- Hands-on with systems & automation — SQL and/or Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Experience with the Wheels platform is a plus
