Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our business through strategic partnerships and new market opportunities. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute business development strategies, identify potential revenue streams, and negotiate contracts. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including game providers, affiliates, and regulatory bodies, to maximise revenue and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams, aligned with the company's objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, market gaps, and potential areas for expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders.
• Negotiate and secure partnerships, contracts, and licensing agreements to ensure the acquisition of high-quality content and services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies that support business development initiatives.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to anticipate changes and capitalise on emerging opportunities.
• Analyse financial and operational data to track performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to the executive team.
• Stay updated with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and licensing procedures to ensure legal and responsible operations.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and establish connections.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the our industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the market trends, regulatory environment, and key players in the industry.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at various levels.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully closing deals and driving revenue growth.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and digital marketing channels in the gambling industry.
