White Swan Data is a British company that builds, backs and scales technology and data infrastructure for the gambling industry. It runs sports trading operations and hires football and sports traders, full stack engineers and business development managers. The company is headquartered in London, United Kingdom, with an office in New York.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will turn complex trading and market data into actionable insights that directly influence how and where we trade. You will build reporting and visualisation tools that the team relies on to steer our strategies, uncover opportunities hidden in large datasets, and help us make smarter, faster, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced quantitative trading environment.

Working closely with traders and quants, you will have responsibility from day one: testing ideas, challenging assumptions and bringing fresh perspectives to the table. You will also collaborate with the quant team to develop and refine our models, from building datasets and running back tests to validating performance in live trading. This is an opportunity to have a tangible impact on trading performance, combining rigorous analysis with practical problem-solving to help drive the business forward.
