Take global ownership of MyHR Learning (Cornerstone) and drive its governance, continuous improvement, system enhancements, reporting, platform performance, testing and releases across the Group. Act as the global learning technology expert, advising and enabling Country HR teams and Learning Key Users to ensure effective platform adoption and usage. Shape and develop global digital learning solutions across leadership, people management, compliance, safety and business capabilities.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify learning and capability needs and translate them into scalable, high-quality digital learning solutions. Drive modern learning design and content development, applying instructional design principles and leveraging authoring tools such as Easygenerator. Shape Wienerberger’s approach to AI-enabled learning and emerging learning technologies, identifying and piloting solutions that improve quality, learner experience, scalability and efficiency.
Lead global digital learning projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders across HR, IT, business functions, countries and external partners.
