Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Key Specific Tasks VA will do

  • Coordinate members, content days, invites, locations, follow-ups, questions, and warm leads
  • Edit real estate and brand videos/photos using the company's established creative style
  • Maintain bookkeeping, invoicing, receivables, expenses, reconciliations, reporting, and payment follow-up if hired for the finance role

  Software Tools and Websites Required

  • Final Cut Pro - strong video-editing experience required
  • Monday.com and Canva - operational/content coordination experience require

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 9AM - 6PM PST

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package:

• PHP 39,000.00 - PHP 42,000.00
